Construction Loans
Building a home or investment property. No problem, I have access to multiple lenders that offer construction loans. They differ to a normal loan as they pay the builder in portions dependant on the stage of construction. For example, the lender will give the builder funds to pour the slab. Once the slab is poured the lender will give the builder funds to build the frame, then the roof, kitchen and bathroom etc. This ensures you’re not paying interest on the total build cost during the entire construction period. It’s an excellent way to build a home or investment property whilst paying your current mortgage or rent.

I founded Spanner Finance after working as a mortgage broker with ANZ, one of the Big Four banks, to offer my clients a better service via access to a broader range of lenders and products. My passion lies in helping clients secure better solutions for their current mortgages and achieve their home ownership dreams.
The name Spanner Finance reflects my earlier career in the automotive industry. Managing large workshops taught me invaluable problem-solving skills and the importance of building long-lasting relationships with clients. I bring the same dedication and mindset to Spanner Finance, helping clients achieve their home ownership and property investment goals with personalised, expert support.
